    Our desire is for every student to be able to participate in winter retreats at Camp Harvest. There are two types of financial assistance available for the cost of camp; a payment plan and a benevolence scholarship.  Financial Assistance is only available for regular attendees of Harvest Bible Chapel.

    Payment Plan
    A payment plan can be requested by clicking on "Register For This Event" at the bottom of this page. A payment plan will allow you to spread out the camp fees over two months. After submitting this request you will be contacted with a payment code that will allow you to register with a scheduled payment plan. The balance of the camp fee will be charged to your method of payment over the following two months. Please wait to register until you receive the code to register with a payment plan.

    Financial assistance is not available within two week of an event.  All payments are due by March 2012.

    Benevolence Scholarship
    If your family is experiencing serious financial difficulties, you can apply for a benevolence scholarship. Scholarships are granted from our benevolence funds; therefore, these scholarships are only available to qualifying regular attendees of Harvest Bible Chapel. Scholarships take a minimum of two weeks to process. Requests cannot be considered within two weeks of the camp date.

    To apply for a scholarship, click on "Register For This Event" at the bottom of this page. You will be sent a benevolence application and be contacted by a benevolence counselor for an interview.  Please wait for communication from the benevolence ministry prior to registering.
