Sports and Fitness Ministry

Sports are fun, but they are not nearly the most important thing in life. (1 Timothy 4:8). We help people grow in Christ, and we share the gospel with those who don't know Christ (Matthew 28:19-21). We help participants learn how to deal with self-control, physical stewardship, and overreacting (1 Corinthians 6:19-20; Proverbs 25:28, 23:20-21; Galatians 5:22-23).

Participation for ages 18 and over only. (Note: Your teenager may register for fitness classes if you also join.)
